We investigated an underground oil tank that had previously been filled in place for a buyer evaluating the property.
Although the tank had paperwork showing the prior abandonment, our investigation found contaminated soil extending to approximately 12 feet deep. The buyer needed a clear understanding of the extent of the contamination and the likely cleanup scope before moving forward with the purchase.
